Why join Digital Action?

We care about our team

In our 2023 team consultation, the team described Digital Action’s special magic as being our “supportive and caring culture”, our collective passion, our “thoughtful approach to our work and the wellbeing of our team”, while remaining focused on impact. We involve each other in how we are growing and developing our organisation, making sure that all voices are heard and wherever possible we co-create the team that is Digital Action.

Our work has global impact

We work with organisations across the globe, including civil society organisations, policymakers, funders and activists to hold Big Tech accountable. Our campaigns and coalitions influence government legislation and Big Tech policy changes. It’s meaningful work that directly shapes humanity’s present and future.

Everyone is valued

Every member of our team brings their unique experience and skills to the table. As we’re a small team, we build trust with each other fast, across cultural and timezone differences. We value collaboration, connection and wellbeing.
